This is a permanent role in a fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills across multiple brands, including homewares and pet products.
You will use your creativity to develop new designs, refresh existing brands and have a solid understanding of prepress and preparing artwork for print, along with other design projects including digital design.

Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive experience in packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate brand identity into eye-catching and functional packaging solutions
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud to bring your ideas to life
- Ability to manage a team / mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality work and on-time delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders
- Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- Knowledge of digital design
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Design role, with a focus on packaging
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and functional designs
