A hands-on role, no two days will be the same with tasks ranging from receipting goods, handling customer enquiries, reporting, dispatching and planning.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing transport activities
- Operating the warehouse management system
- Office administration support and customer service
- Invoicing orders and managing phone enquiries
- Assisting customers with credits, returns or exchanges
Customer facing experience and computer literacy are essential and previous warehouse experience is a distinct advantage.
