Our client is a successful and established family owned importing company, who place a strong emphasis on maintaining their high performing, inclusive and positive culture.

They are now seeking a Replenishment Analyst to manage the inventory across an extensive range of homewares, pet and craft products, tracking supplies, estimating usage and producing forecasts for products and promotions. 
  
Responsibilities include:
  • Use your analytic skills to analyse and report on product fulfilment forecasts and provide recommendations to formulate action plans
  • Maximise financial outcomes of categories and monitor in-stock performance
  • Develop forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns for product ranges
  • Implement processes to ensure stock arrives within critical timeframes
  • Prepare inventory operations and reports
  • Accurate maintenance of product and supplier data
  • Create Purchase Orders, ensuring delivery dates are accurately recorded to replenish stock
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and communicate inventory issues to management/buyers
The ideal person will have:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a purchasing, supply planning or procurement role
  • Experience raising and processing invoices
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, able to analyse information, investigate/troubleshoot issues
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivation and the ability to work under pressure
  • Commitment and a desire to contribute in a team environment
This is a permanent, full time role that would suit someone who is able to work autonomously with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary package: $65K-$70K depending on experience.
