Our client is a leader in their field, creating a diverse range of retail, gift and merchandise products from initial design concepts to final production.

They are now seeking a Brand Manager who can balance creativity with a commercial focus to strengthen product offerings and elevate brand performance across the market.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full product development process, ensuring quality and brand alignment
  • Deliver forecasting, planning, and sales reporting to guide business decisions
  • Review product costs and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Interpret consumer insights to refine brand positioning and strategy
  • Turn brand direction into practical marketing plans and market launches
  • Oversee creative outputs that inspire customer engagement
  • Analyse distribution data and track product performance in market
  • Maintain stock levels and coordinate ordering
  • Liaise with licensors, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Set product specifications, pricing expectations, and market projections
  • Produce reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead product launches and manage items throughout their lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively across departments to keep projects on track
  • Build strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and licensees
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and share insights with the team
  • Assist with general sales and marketing administration as required
