They are now seeking a Brand Manager who can balance creativity with a commercial focus to strengthen product offerings and elevate brand performance across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full product development process, ensuring quality and brand alignment
- Deliver forecasting, planning, and sales reporting to guide business decisions
- Review product costs and ensure efficient use of resources
- Interpret consumer insights to refine brand positioning and strategy
- Turn brand direction into practical marketing plans and market launches
- Oversee creative outputs that inspire customer engagement
- Analyse distribution data and track product performance in market
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate ordering
- Liaise with licensors, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
- Set product specifications, pricing expectations, and market projections
- Produce reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead product launches and manage items throughout their lifecycle
- Communicate effectively across departments to keep projects on track
- Build strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and licensees
- Keep up to date with industry trends and share insights with the team
- Assist with general sales and marketing administration as required
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- High attention to detail

- Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
